Shipping Policy

At Celebrative (Praga Enterprises) we work hard to get your party supplies, bakeware, and dΓ©cor to you quickly and safely. The guidelines below explain how we process and deliver every order.


1. One Order β†’ One Address

We can ship each order to one delivery address only.
If you need items sent to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each address.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of processing.

  • Custom or large-volume orders may require extra handling time.


3. Delivery Timeline & Charges

  • Pre-paid orders within India ship FREE and typically arrive in 7–10 business days.

  • During peak periods (festivals, sales events, unforeseen disruptions) delivery may take longer.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipments may incur an additional service fee displayed at checkout.


4. Serviceable Locations

  • We ship throughout India via trusted courier partners.

  • If your PIN code is outside our partners’ service network, we will ask you for an alternate address.

  • Celebrative is not liable for non-delivery where no serviceable address is available.


5. Partial Shipments

We try to dispatch everything in a single parcel. Occasionally, differing product sizes, availability, or warehouse locations mean items ship separately. You pay no extra shipping fee for these split consignments.


6. Invoices & Tracking

  • Every parcel leaves our warehouse with a Celebrative tax invoice inside.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing your tracking number and courier link so you can check the shipment’s status at any time.

7. Receiving Your Parcel

Before signing for the delivery:

  1. Inspect the package exterior.

  2. If the carton looks tampered with, opened, or damaged, refuse the delivery.

  3. Immediately contact our support team with your Order ID.

We will arrange a free replacement or process a full refund right away.
